An overview of Paula Leen's orphanage and those
who collaborate with this amazing woman to meet the needs of others
one person, one child, at a time.
Sandy Schultz of Soroptimist International for
the Americas conducts an intimate, powerful orientation for one of
the potential volunteers to the orphanage.
Additional crucial information is presented
during Sandy's orientation to further inform and better equip our
volunteer candidate, Roland, toward a responsible decision.
Roland listens to the final segment of Sandy's
orientation and makes a firm commitment to launch upon a new chapter
in his life journey.
An introduction to the people and places Roland
explores as his journey begins in Zimbabwe. Told through interview
excerpts and a montage of Roland's still photography series, with
Jars of Clay's haunting, ultimately uplifting song "Frail."
A Day in the Life starts with Roland's quarters
and a morning walk to Paula Leen's orphanage.
We meet some of Paula Leen's Staff and the
Children in her orphanage.
Sandy Schultz conducts an orientation for Loma
Linda University students majoring in Global Health Studies.
In this first segment, Doug Schultz and Allen Taylor welcome the students
and give an overview of Reel Life Media's goals and objectives to our young
adult community interested in humanitarian endeavors.
Mitch Henson addresses the students in a lively
challenge and authentic commitment to serve the needs of the less
fortunate in our global community.
Sandy Schultz completes this orientation with
questions and answers pertaining to the Zimbabwe Mission Project
featured on Reel Life Media and how the students can become active
participants.
